Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the UAT activities of project assigned and provide feedback from the Customer Care perspective
  • Provide "quality options and solutions" to customer requests in order to best meet their needs from end to end process
  • Ensure all the enquiries (hotlines, counter, written) from all channels (e.g. external customers, direct sales force agents, intermediaries, brokers, business partners, etc.) are handled and resolved in high quality service standard
  • Manage the customer complaints and ensure all the cases received are adequately investigated, follow through and settled with customers' satisfaction
  • Log the data and prepare analysis report for management review


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in call centre / hotline environment, preferably in insurance industry
  • Experience in people management is preferable
  • Professional qualification in insurance is an advantage, e.g. FLMI, ACII, AAII
  • Familiar with call centre operation workflow and administration procedures
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
