Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate departmental gathering and training or organize wellness activities for department.
  • Coordinate Volunteer Management matters.
  • Implement Knowledge Management.
  • Coordinate IT system and facilitate the use or enhancement.


  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office)
  • Sound interpersonal and teamwork skills.
