Assistant Manager - Shares Settlement (Ref: CO-AMSO)

• Handle daily shares settlement including local and overseas markets, corporate action announcement monitoring and distribution
• Handle the Account Opening document verification
• Support the custodian function and perform Stock and Cash reconciliation
• Familiar with CCASS operations and knowledgeable on handling retail bonds & unit trust settlement
• Perform checking on monthly or periodically statistic reports or surveys to management or external regulatory bodies
• Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ experience in shares operation / settlement field of which at least 2 years at managerial level
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience on liaising with Clearstream Banking Agent for settlement support is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
