Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and coordinate business development and recruitment related program for agency force to achieve company target in both production and headcount growth
  • Plan, organize and deliver training program/ workshop on sales and recruitment and facilitate team building to agency force
  • Develop and maintain relationship with agency leaders to obtain good co-operation from agency force for implementation of company’s strategy
  • To motivate agency leaders and recruiters by consultation, experience sharing and practical skills sharing
  • Monitor the performance of districts and agency leaders. Review and analyze sales and recruitment statistics, and prepare business-analysis report to management for business review
  • Work closely with Agency Management (DOA) and Sales Promotion & MDRT team to implement effective incentive programs that motivate agency to achieve business and headcount target
  • Provide support to ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years’ working experience in insurance industry with experience in agency recruitment / agency operations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with multitask capabilities, have experience in recruitment event management, project management is preferable
  • Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing, Lotus notes
