Assistant Manager, Sports Division

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience
  • Experience in retail business preferred
  • Passionate, team player, detail-minded
  • Strong communication skills with team and external parties
  • Excellent command in English & Chinese, Japanese is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office Applications
  • Willing to travel
  • Immediately available preferably

Job Duties:
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive the sales and achieve
business targets
  • Monitor and manage the daily operation of the shop
  • Lead and supervise frontline sales team
  • Manage budget, promotion plan and advertising
  • Support marketing activities including events, exhibitions
promotional campaigns
  • Provide training and coaching to enchance the team performance and
service standard
  • In charge new store / counter set up and renovation projects
  • Attend overeas exhibitions and assist the department head in
purchasing new stocks
