This role will be part of the central Store Construction team in building the enterprise platform of central store construction activities. He/she will manage the HK store construction team performing construction function across all VF brands in Hong Kong.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :
➢ Responsible for all functions of store construction on renovation, fit out works and store closures including supervision of site works, monitoring progress and schedule.
➢ Overall supervision of China construction team in delivery of projects in timely manner and within budget.
➢ Work closely with construction professionals and vendors and manage the store construction projects and team to deliver quality store construction and within timeline for all new store openings, remodeling, closure and fit outs works.
➢ Collaborate with brand team/lead and vendors on production of drawings, fixtures ordering including defects reporting.
➢ Ensure construction execution in compliance with VF and brand design standard and guidelines.
➢ Responsible for development and review of capital expenditure budget estimates, tracking and monitoring of construction capex expenses ensuring delivery of project within budget.
➢ Analyze and evaluate projects bidding results and selection of approved vendors for fit out works.
➢ Work with Real Estate and Construction Brand Lead in site assessment and provide technical advice in architectural details relating to construction activities.
➢ Coordinate with vendors on retail facilities contracts.

➢ Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) in English and Mandarin.
➢ Possesses construction site experience, good technical skills level at construction methodologies and understand other technical aspects of construction.
➢Good time management, organizational and planning skills in project management.
➢ Manage and prioritize multiple projects schedule across all brands.
➢ To provide relevant feedback relating to design and construction activities for improvement.
➢ Influences key stakeholders to take action that will advance shared interests and business goals.
➢ Provide guidance, advice and training for direct reports including performance management.
