Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
  • Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver excellent customer services, solicit customer feedback and understand customer needs
  • Analyze sales, stock and operation performance by analytical reports and share insights with management, marketing team and related parties
  • Ensure the standard of visual merchandising, display, commercial image and layout on shop level are in compliance with corporate guidelines

 

Salary Package

  • Basic Salary + incentive
  • 13mth performance bonus
  • 20-day annual leave per calendar year
  • 17-day public holiday

 


Requirement

  • Diploma or above
  • 5 years in retail / hospitality or service industry , in which 3 years with people manaement experience or similar capacity
  • Ability and experience on motivating, leading the team to achieve KPIs
  • People management experience on providing feedback to the team regarding service, presentation.
  • Service oriented
