Job Description

  • To oversee all daily activities of Front Office operation including other operations where applicable
  • Ensure positive guest experience by maintaining high-quality facilities & services
  • Proactively monitor cost and expense control systems and procedures to achieve highest possible profitability
  • Building a strong and effective team. Keep driving the team to perform the best they can for the benefit of hotel revenue and reputation
  • Managing budgets & financial plans as well as controlling expenditures
  • Addressing problems & troubleshooting, play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
  • Dealing with contractors & suppliers
  • Ensuring security & safety measures, aware of and take steps to comply with relevant laws

Job Requirement:

  • Five years or above experience at hotel Front Office operations with two years experience at Front Desk supervisor
  • College or University Degree
  • Excellence command of English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability with positive attitude
  • Mature & independent with excellent communication and diplomacy skills. Ability to “take charge" where necessary and resolve guest problems and concerns
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Front Office Supervisor / Officer
