Assistant Manager, System Support (Business Control - Global Markets)

  • Responsible for providing technical support to dealers and contact external system vendors for follow up
  • Assist in running daily market risk monitoring system reports and providing technical support of streamlining assigned workflow
  • Participate in preparing test plans/test scripts, conducting UAT/system test and preparing the fault reports for follow up
  • Work closely with various departments in ensuring the quality of the deliverables
  • Degree holder or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in banking or financial industry
  • Strong communication and writing skills, experience in system testing with hands-on experience in treasury related systems such as SUMMIT will be a definite advantage
  • Exposure in Banking operation with good knowledge of Treasury products and project management experience is preferable

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, System Support

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
