Job Description

  • Perform end-to-end talent acquisition process from candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offering through to on-boarding journey
  • Source candidates from different effective channels including proactive sourcing via social media
  • Provide professional advice to businesses on selection process and decision
  • Manage external service providers to ensure service quality can be maintained at a satisfactory level
  • Produce regular talent acquisition related statistics, dashboard and reports with data analytics tool
  • Assist in executing employer branding strategies and campaigns
  • Assist in talent acquisition & onboarding innovation process review and implementation
  • Keep abreast of labour market trends and collect market data
  • Process data input and maintain data accuracy in Human Resources Management System and filing system
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments/projects

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines (prefer those who have an interest to pursue a career in HR)
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment process in financial industry is highly regarded
  • Experience in using data analytics tools such as Tableau, power BI or advanced excel is preferred
  • Previous experience in leveraging Workday end-to-end TA process Innovation will be an advantage
  • Attention to details and with ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy of HR data
  • Demonstrate a positive and can-do attitude
  • Display good common sense, logical thinking and agile working attitude
  • Be inquisitive to challenge status quo
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition.
