The incumbent provides training solutions to Partnership Distribution channels including Bancassurance sales persons and Broker & IFA consultants through plan and implement training project, identify training needs, course design, plan logistics, training delivery and record keeping.


Job Descriptions:

  • Design, co-ordinate and deliver training as required for sales staff under PDD for business partners
  • Prepare and enhance training materials
  • Address the identified training needs from business partners & sales channels and propose the solutions to supervisor
  • Ensure the record keeping to comply with record retention requirement
  • Plan and organize for various training projects and assigned tasks
  • Assist supervisor to ensure the training materials are accurately and presentable


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Minimum 4 years training and insurance industry experience, with 3 years sales experience is preferable
  • Passed IIQE I, III and V or LOMA FLMI is preferable
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Having problem solving skills
  • Good spoken and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including powerpoint, excel and words
