Our client is a high-end lifestyle brand operator, with global exposure. Due to a new venture in the business, they are looking to bring on a newly created role to join their talent development team as Assistant Manager, Training with a passion for creativity and education.

Description

As the Assistant Manager, Talent Development, you will be able to create a unique training program to be implemented in business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying, formulating, and executing the training plan and infrastructure for their new business
  • Work closely with the Head of Training to drive the alignment and standardization of training and development
  • Facilitate training to employees and identify training needs
  • Continually assess, design, and improve the training curriculum to support training initiatives
  • Coordinate and work with key internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business goals






Profile
  • Degree Holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • At least 6 years training experience, preferable in retail
  • Strong knowledge of course design and delivery
  • Passionate about education and training
  • Independent and driven, ability to work with limited support
  • Fast-paced and detail oriented
  • Excellent language and communication skills in English and Chinese
