Assistant Manager, Treasury

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash-flow and daily transfer to group bank accounts

  • Assist in cash-flow forecasting on a weekly/monthly basis

  • Ensure the compliance of Treasury policy with regulatory requirement under SVF

  • Update policies and procedures for Treasury function and review internal controls and risk management for Treasury

  • Prepare regular treasury and financial analytic reports for management review

  • Support daily settlement to service providers

  • Support treasury related ad hoc projects and banking administrative work



  • A degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in cash-flow forecast, pooling and fixed income product management; experience in corporate treasury or cash management in banking industry is a plus

  • Qualified accountant

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); experienced in Oracle Financials, Discoverer, Excel4Apps, or Oracle Treasury application is preferred

  • Familiar with settlement using e-banking systems; experience in system implementation is a plus

  • Good communication and cooperation skills

  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking and is able to work under pressure
