As the AM, UX and UI you will be working with stakeholders across departments to identify the business requirements, experience enhancements, and usability improvements, to drive and manage the continued success of a holistic online experience and loan system.
The right candidate is a customer experience expertise in particularly with a strong passion and deep understanding of digital touchpoints management to drives customer behavior online. This role is a strong collaborator and be comfortable reconciling the big picture with the details in achieving business goals. This role will own, develop and prioritize the ongoing customer experience development to maximize value for the business, leveraging insights and data to inform all prioritization decisions.
