ALUMNI AFFAIRS OFFICE
The incumbent will be responsible for managing alumni publications (both monthly eNewsletters and bi-annual magazines) and communication materials as well as planning and implementing of alumni programmes that build a long term relationship with alumni.
Applicants should possess a recognised degree in Communications, Translation or Marketing with at least ten years of solid experience in the relevant field with at least two years in supervisory level. Applicants should have proven track record in publications and e-Communication platform with strong editing skills and is able to shape content and write substantive, in-depth and institutionally important feature stories. Applicants should also have solid experience in event management, preferably with tertiary education background. Excellent command of written English and Chinese and willingness to work irregular hours are also necessary. The appointee is expected to be a self-starter and should have strong interpersonal, analytical, organisational, communication skills. He/She is also required to work with various faculties/departments to nurture a favorable environment for alumni relationship development.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
