Assistant Manager - Compliance and Audit

  • University graduate with major in Accounting
  • 3 years or above audit experience, preferably with experience in asset management sector
  • Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, responsible and independent
  • Immediate availability preferred

Job Duties:

  • Identifying key control areas and respective risks of existing operations and designing appropriate tests to test the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems and procedures especially related to asset management business
  • Conducting internal audit tests and compiling internal control review reports
  • Preparing business plan, audit summary, management report and risk management reports
  • Reviewing daily liquid capital computation of licensed corporations
  • Handling ad hoc assignments
