Assistant Manager - Internal Audit Division

  • Degree or above in Accounting, Audit, Finance or related discipline
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent of CISA or CIA is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of solid internal or external audit experience gained from MNC, listed company and accounting firm, with at least 2 years of commercial experience
  • With experience in manufacturing and IT audit is an advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Independent, strong communication, detail orientated
  • A good team player with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with staff from all levels
  • Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel frequently is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Internal Auditor

Job Duties:
  • Conduct financial, operational, IT audit activities for Group Subsidiaries to ensure compliance to all statutory requirement and Company policies
  • Plan and execute audit assignments on risk-based approach to evaluate and report control deficiencies
  • Provide value-added recommendations to strengthen the overall control environment and communicate audit results to Management
  • Manage and supervise subordinate during on-site field work
  • Produce high quality internal audit report
  • Assist in annual audit risk assessment and scoping
  • Review and execute Japanese SOX (JSOX) compliance programs
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
