Responsibilities:
- Assistant Front Office Manger to oversee Front Office operation and handle administrative duties
- Maintain service standard and enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, 4 to 5 stars hotel as an advantage
- Service oriented and attention to detail
- Mature, independent with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
