Provide professional support to human resources advisory / business partnership and recruitment services.
Assist in drafting HR policies and proposals in Chinese.
Ensure all HR activities are in compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Min. 5 years of HR work experience in investment banking gained from Hong Kong, with proven ability in providing HR business partnership and recruitment service in an efficient and effective manner.
Familiar with Hong Kong employment related regulations.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), proficiency in written Chinese is a must.
Team player, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded.
Permanent Resident of Hong Kong.
