Assistant Manager/Manager - Control Tower & Operations (Ocean Freight)

Job Description :

  • To handle ocean shipment to US, EU and Intra Asia markets;
  • To analysis and provide the best solution to both clients and operation teams throughout the operation process:-
    • Provide PO and Vendor Management;
    • Prepare forecast to carriers;
    • Follow through the whole operation process, until clients can get cargo delivery at destination;
    • Execute SOP & Logistics related tasks;
    • Work with origin teams closely
  • Meet and take care customers in Hong Kong or overseas when necessary

Job Requirement :

  • Degree holder in Logistics Management, Business Management or related fields;
  • With 5 years' experience in international logistics (air / ocean freight) operations;
  • Able to communicate with team members to ensure the procedures to be followed through;
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Strong numeric analysis ability; able to tackle problematic area and enhance service quality;
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
