Perform facility management tasks of the Bank's premises including office and branches
Prepare detailed technical specifications and working drawings for tendering purpose (Electrical and Fire Services System)
Assist to lead the technician team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance and closely monitor their work progress
Handle Electrical and Fire Services system maintenance and repairing works
Monitor the facilities of the Data Centre
Prepare facility management reports and annual maintenance budget
Assist in updating the operations manual in response to changes of the Bank's internal guidelines as well as regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing feasibility studies
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Grade B0 Registered Electrical Worker License (EMSD) is preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, during which 1 year is at supervisory level
Self-motivated and independent with service mindset
Strong people and project management skills
Sound knowledge of HK Building Ordinances
Proficiency in MS Office Software and AutoCAD System
