Assistant Manager/Manager, Property Facility Management (Electrical and Fire Services Systems)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform facility management tasks of the Bank's premises including office and branches
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications and working drawings for tendering purpose (Electrical and Fire Services System)
  • Assist to lead the technician team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance and closely monitor their work progress
  • Handle Electrical and Fire Services system maintenance and repairing works
  • Monitor the facilities of the Data Centre
  • Prepare facility management reports and annual maintenance budget
  • Assist in updating the operations manual in response to changes of the Bank's internal guidelines as well as regulatory requirements
  • Assist in preparing feasibility studies
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Grade B0 Registered Electrical Worker License (EMSD) is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, during which 1 year is at supervisory level
  • Self-motivated and independent with service mindset
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Sound knowledge of HK Building Ordinances
  • Proficiency in MS Office Software and AutoCAD System
