Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily operation of Customer Services (Technical) Dept.
  • Administer installation projects & maintenance services.

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, IT or relevant disciplines
  • Hardware & network knowledge is a must
  • Excellent supervisory skills to manage a small team of engineers and sub-contractors
  • Able to lead the dept. to complete services to meet tight deadlines
  • Good in communication skills, both in English and Chinese
