Assistant Manager/Senior Officer, Product Development V Electronic Banking



  • Assistant Department Head and Section Head to participate in development new Electronic Banking products/services, perform UAT and be responsible for planning and participating in project planning and execution. 
  • To liaise with other departments and external parties to monitor the system projects to ensure of new products and services. 
  • Developing and implementing new services or enhancements for e-banking, i.e. Commercial Internet Banking, Personal Internet Banking and Phone Banking. 
  • Responsible for maintaining and further developing the proper functions for e-banking. 
  • Communicating with different users on collecting requirements, conducting UAT and providing training to related parties. 
  • Assisting in UAT management. 
  • Conducting project management. 
  • Carrying on ad hoc project as required. 


  • University graduate with major in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Retail/Commercial Banking Industry 
  • Sound knowledge in e-banking products development and familiar with related banking product, solid software engineering background will be an advantage 
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and fluent in Putonghua
