Assistant Manager/Senior Officer, Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations (Fund Administration)

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Perform fund valuation and net asset value reconciliation


• Check general ledger and transaction input


• Check to ensure subscription and redemption records are properly updated in the system


• Check to ensure stock and cash reconciliation and fees and expenses are properly accrued


• Handle enquiries from fund manager


• Liaise with auditor on fund audit work


• Participate in user acceptance test for system enhancements

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business/Accounting or related disciplines


• 1 year of relevant working experience in banking operations and fund administration


• Good knowledge in finance and accounting and able to prepare financial statement


• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
