On behalf of clients, we are seeking high calibre candidates for the following:  

Positions: Assistant Manager/Specialist (Employee Benefits Business Development, Pensions Client Management) - 2 posts

Positions offered would be depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.   


To execute any of the following job functions:      

a).   Specialist (Employee Benefits Business Development)  (Assistant Manager grade)

  • Achieve sales targets as assigned by working with distribution channels in developing Pensions & Group business
  • Provide input for formulating sales & marketing strategies and responsible for the subsequent implementation
  • Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
  • Compile regular sales reports to management and distribution channels for business review

b).  Pensions Client Management  (Assistant Manager)

  • Assist supervisor to prepare and deliver communication materials
  • Prepare presentation materials for client management team
  • Draft communication letter templates and prepare business requirements of website enhancement for our clients in order to improve client experience
  • Lead and conduct user acceptance test for digital tools, such as web, mobile apps
  • Support ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor


A.  General Requirements 

  • Associate degree, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Highly adaptable to changes with flexible and positive working attitude
  • Good analytical skills with sensitivity to figures
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)     

B.  Experience Requirements   

a).  for  EB Business Development (Specialist (Assistant Manager grade) requires at least 5 years' experience in pension & group sales, preferably with experience in agency distribution channel sales operation

b).  for  Pensions Client Management  (Assistant Manager) requires at 2 years of working experience in MPF industry with good understanding on products and market trends
