RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate and develop comprehensive Marketing Communications plan for B2B and B2C business units, based on market segmentations to provide timely and tailored marketing approaches to achieve Lead-to-Sale targets
  • Lead and execute Marketing plans to drive business targets through various online and offline Marketing tools, including event, PR, advertising, loyalty program, sponsorship, social media and official Website
  • Develop and execute content strategy for company website, digital and social media platforms in order to build subscription volume.
  • Co-ordinate with external and internal stakeholders, including agency, partners and business units
  • Explore joint promotion/affiliate opportunities, and maintain good relationship with existing partners

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related with at least 8 years work experience, preferably with prior experience in agencies
  • Strong understanding on digital, including website performance & SEM monitoring
  • Passionate in brand building and marketing
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, open-minded and able to work under pressure to meet target
  • Independent, organized, attention to details, flexible and self-motivated
  • Able to communicate with counterparts from different parts of organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
