Assistant Marketing Communications Manager



  • Work closely with E-commerce Manager and internal departments to build and execute online promotion campaigns including set up page, post content, monitor and reply guests reviews on social media platforms with the objective of growing the brands’ visibility, awareness and revenues.
  • Assist in creating and proofreading of high quality F&B and Rooms promotional materials, e.g. press releases, brochures and collateral in English and Chinese.
  • To establish and maintain good relationship with F&B, Rooms, hotel joint promotion partners, celebrity/KOL to maximize hotel’s exposure in various sectors.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive F&B and hotel market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Be the brand guardian and gatekeeper on all F&B and Rooms products and relevant collaterals.


  • A degree holder in Hospitality, Journalism, Marketing Communications or related discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of solid experience in relevant field
  • Good creative writing skills; good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • A good eye for detail, well organised and an innovative thinker.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills; good multi-tasking skills; able to work under pressure and to short deadlines.
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
  • Knowledge in design software and digital marketing preferred.
