To develop and execute the marketing plan in achieving the marketing and sales objectives through the implementation of appropriate in-store developments, promotions and product mix
To execute strategic and customized multi-brand campaigns with each key account such as to leverage and strengthen the brands
Manage all below-the-line materials required to support the activities in sales channels
Manage external agencies on trade advertising, merchandising and promotion activities
Analyze market landscape and consumer insights to identify business opportunity in category
Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline with minimum 4-5 years in FMCG marketing / brand marketing experience
Strong business and marketing sense, numerically intelligent
Knowledge of China social media marketing is an advantage
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Mature, organized, flexible, with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure / tight deadlines
