Assistant / Marketing Manager (Customer Value Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer loyalty strategy, drive and execute all relevant marketing programs and events to grow in-base high tiers customers loyalty
  • Plan and drive the loyalty platform through coordinating with cross-functional departments and external business parties
  • Conduct customer analysis / segmentation and formulate effective customer loyalty and marketing strategy for achieving in-base revenue target
  • Initiate and negotiate with commerical partnership to develop solicit partnership and customer's benefits
  • Work closely with internal departments for logistic and fulfillment arrangement
  • Steer to improve customer experience at all customer touch points
  • Monitor budget to optimize cost-effectiveness for retention and value upgrade

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevance experiences in Marketing / Loyalty / CRM and possess with good data analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasking in tight deadline
  • Knowledge in customer segmentation and profile analysis
  • Analytical, out-going, good negotiate skills
  • Team player with strong analytical and presentation skills
