Responsibilities:

  • Formulate marketing initiatives/ strategies online & offline to achieve marketing goal
  • Develop and manage marketing & CRM campaigns through social media, SEO, SEM and other channels, aiming to acquire new customers and enhance customer experience
  • Planning and organizing the marketing events & promotions
  • Prepare marketing and promotion materials and marketing communications collateral
  • Monitor digital and market trend on a regular basis Analyze media performances with different tracking tools such as Google Analytics/ Google Adwords
  • Implement SEO to improve organic search ranking and traffic
  • Conduct marketing research, analyze, conversion report and evaluate user behaviors by preparing market analysis report
  • Proactively manage the marketing budget and reports/ to ensure various campaigns are well implemented.
  • Explore and negotiate new online and offline promotion opportunities
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2+ years on digital marketing, SEO, SEM & CRM campaign
  • Minimum of 2+ years overall marketing experience on marketing planning and execution
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in PC skills, good written English & Chinese
  • With working experience on website, mobile app and 3rd party agencies would be advantage
  • Working in digital agencies experience is a plus
  • A good team player, able and flexible to work with people of different cultures;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English;
  • Self-motivated, detail minded, result oriented and well organized personality:
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Marketing Executive/ Digital Marketing Specialist
