Role Purpose:

This is a newly created position for our points based loyalty programme - MoneyBack. The Marketing Specialist reports to Assistant Manager to develop the marketing strategy to drive customer engagement at key life-cycle moments.

He/She will closely work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute programs that promote customer loyalty and re-engage lapsed customers lead segmentation.

A typical day in this Role:

  • Support the delivery of key operational plans across our loyalty program campaigns.
  • Follow up all commercial and retail events, customer events, ensure to align with brands’ direction.
  • Facilitate and support on various inbound and outbound media projects in order to enhance customer engagement.
  • Feedback red-flag to management any risks or delays.
  • Work collaboratively with other functional teams.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

What we look for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing related discipline
  • 2 years or relevant work experience in direct marketing, content management and digital marketing from inhouse or advertising/media agency
  • Hardworking, responsible and a good team player
  • Experience in project management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
