Assistant Marketing Manager, Sponsorship and Licensing

The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing sponsorship and licensing revenue for the Park, with a focus on event and in-kind sponsorship. He/she will support on the account servicing for strategic corporate sponsors and contribute to the long-term business development for the Park. He/she has to generate innovative sponsorship activation ideas, negotiate and close the deal with potential sponsors. He/she will develop sponsorship proposals, agreements, fulfillment reposts and other sponsorship related collaterals to complete the sponsorship sales cycle. In addition, he/she will work closely with various internal departments to ensure all sponsorship entitlements are timely fulfilled.

Requirements

- Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
- With at least 5 years’ experience in sales, account servicing and event management
- Strong communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Creative, independent, detail-minded, flexible and be a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
