Assistant Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs, website updates and SMS in support of company and business unit objectives
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns, on time and within budget
  • Develop marketing campaign strategies and activity plans that use channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives including generating qualified member acquisition leads
  • Manage the standard and ad-hoc preferred customer communications strategy
  • Manage and maintain use of clients’ databases according to their company policy and contact strategy
  • Manage marketing, branding/ merchandising collaterals production process from concept to completion
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for a range of promotional printed materials including brochures, online tools, etc.
  • Translate English documents into clear, concise Chinese copy
  • Assist clients with their day to day marketing enquiries

 KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing & Communications, IT
  • More than 5 years of experience
  • Current understanding of email marketing best practices a
  • Working knowledge of CMS for website updates
  • Experience in the Hotel hospitality trade will be favourable
  • Mature and proven success at multi-tasking and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing key relationship with senior team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
