Assistant Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Marketing and CRM Manager, the outstanding candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PR and content strategy with strong knowledge and experience in the Fashion industry. You will work closely with the team to identify valuable brand opportunities through creative content, media partnership, and press events to drive a high level of buzz and maintain a positive image for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations, Branding & Digital Marketing

  • To be responsible for planning and assisting the execution of marketing strategies, overseeing all kinds of online and offline promotional materials as well as maintaining strong media relations;
  • To participate in and facilitate productive collaborations with different internal and external parties to develop creative marketing strategies;
  • Lead PR relationship building, PR contact (both media and digital advocates/influencers) database expansion and management;
  • Plan and support coordination of press events, media interviews, and store visits; this would require occasionally working outside regular hours;
  • Lead and support press event planning and execution including material sourcing, vendor liaising, logistics management, etc.;
  • Update and maintain PR and social listening/tracking reports and analysis;
  • Build and manage public relations, digital advocates, and brand partner relationships together with team and external PR & Digital agency;
  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies across all platforms including but not limited to Facebook, WeChat, Instagram, and other social media platforms;
  • Oversee media planning and briefing to engage media resulting in raised brand profile, optimal client engagement, and new client acquisition.

Strategic Business Partnerships & CRM

  • Formulate strategic partnership programs and relationships to achieve sponsorships resulting in effective client engagement, new client acquisition, and branding;
  • Put the client at the center of our actions to enhance client relationships, while leveraging Digital and Services to accelerate recruitment, build loyalty and drive traffic to our retail stores;
  • Transform the client journey towards a more client-centric and Omni-channel experience, connecting online & offline, through an active contribution to the development and markets rollout of CRM/Digital tools;
  • Initiate and implement CRM strategy and programs including VIP retention, partnership events with shopping malls, acquisition and reward activities to connect customers via different touchpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • University graduate in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or relevant disciplines;
  • With a minimum of 6-year experience in PR, Digital content marketing or Media relations, highly preferable from Fashion Industry;
  • Strong media and KOL network. Able to deliver engaging, customer-focused marketing content;
  • Personally passionate about Fashion with a strong aesthetic sense;
  • Independent, flexible, attention to detail, and perfect time management;
  • Creativity, inspiration, and initiative will be definite advantages;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Great team player with a “can-do" attitude;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
