Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse hospitality operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
Conduct business process review / mapping for Membership Service and Operation Department to support the Club’s Business Process Architecture, by identifying improvements to design the future state processes
Apply Business Process Improvement methodology and toolset (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to improve / optimize processes
Develop improved operational KPIs / SLAs for the optimized process to track and monitor their effectiveness
Partner with the respective business stakeholders to drive a customer focused and continuous business process improvement culture through developing and maintaining of Business Process Flows and Standard Operating Procedures
Compile UAT scope as per the Business Process and Operating Procedures, and final guard the UAT acceptance
Support system roll out activities to the Club
You should have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Operation Management
4 years of hands-on experience in business process improvement or optimization projects in the service industry, preferably at a Six Sigma Green level
Able to perform multi-tasking and work independently
Strong project management and facilitation skills
Good command in both Chinese and English
Excellency with MS products including PowerPoint and Visio
