Assistant Merchandiser / Procurement Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical supports for team in executing all sourcing functions.
  • Maintain accurate data records in system / database including product specifications, costs, artwork files, distributor new line form information, etc.
  • Collate and submit marketing and sealed samples in line with timing plan.
  • Arrange business trips for team members outbound and regional colleagues inbound.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.


Job Requirement:

  • HKDSE/Form 5 or above, higher diploma graduate or degree holder is preferable.
  • At least 3 years working experience in product sourcing and administrative support. Experience in sourcing / product development will be an advantage.
  • Responsible, well organized, detail-minded, able to perform under pressure and good team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing).
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin inclusive).
