Assistant Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales related paperwork, issue purchase order and sales confirmation
• Tight controlling of outstanding orders
• Coordinate with factory to ensure the sample development on the right track
• Liaise with supplier to ensure smooth day-to-day operation and timely deliveries
• Master information and data maintenance in ERP system
• Frequent contact with QC and schedule inspection
• Source potential vendors from China and internet research
• Provide support to the team and prepare reports for management review

Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Good knowledge in merchandising. Candidate with less experience will also be considered. 
• Initiative & responsible personality
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC knowledge
