Assistant Merchant Service Manager/ Merchant Service Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all kinds of merchant inquiries as well as from our business partners
  • Responsible for new merchant account opening process and document verification
  • Responsible for existing merchant account servicing job
  • Maintain good relationships with merchants and business partners by providing support, information and training
  • Assist in merchant management process by performing regular checks with new/existing merchant accounts
  • Assist MS Manager to design and implement merchant service procedures; optimize merchant service experience
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks related to merchant service support

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with at least 5 years working experience; more experiences will be considered as Merchant Service Manager
  • Previous experience in or knowledge of merchant account servicing in financial and banking industries
  • Keen interest in new mobile technologies/trends and previous exposure in the Fintech segment is a definite advantage
  • Energetic, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Merchant Service Manager
