Summary of Responsibilities:

Assist for the provision and control of computer related services, prepare documentation, daily operations and execution of IT projects to the Group.

Principal Duties:

Assist Manager in managing the activities and operation of MIS Department to provide effective and quality services through:

  • Establishing rules, standards and procedures;
  • Planning, organizing, reviewing and optimizing utilization of computer resources;
  • Observes and reviews with users to identify for new computerization needs;
  • Daily operations includes :
    • Trouble shootings and problem solvings to end users with operation team members;
    • Vendors management;
    • Inventory updates;
    • Implementation and end-user training of in house systems;
  • Ensure procedures and controls are properly followed;
  • Act as an agent on purchases of computer hardware/software so as to obtain cost effective solutions;
  • Identify opportunities of applying new technologies / solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Group;
  • Planning and implementing ad-hoc projects for Head Office, Branch Offices and Site Offices, e.g. IoT and Smart Construction.


  • Diploma or above in computer science or other related subjects;
  • Minimum 4 years working experience related to IT support and execution of IT Projects;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge in cloud admin support is an advantage;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of user, problem solving skills and self-initiative;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Team player, responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently and proactively.
