Assistant Office Manager – Administration, HR & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full spectrum of the office administration and HR functions
  • Responsible for on-boarding, employee relations and implementing HR and Administration polices for HK office
  • Assist in business and personal matters of senior management when necessary
  • Handle working visa application, office rental, APEC, office and staff insurance and MPF matters
  • Keep track of office expenses and payments, invoices, receipts and service agreements accordance with company policy
  • Responsible for Payable: Incentives, Payroll, Receivables and all expenses
  • Work closely with the HR and Finance teams from Headquarter in Bangkok
  • Day-to-day support of general human resources and administration matters and projects
  • Assist in month-end closings and reconciliations with accountant and Finance team
  • Update and prepare monthly Ledger report for Finance team and senior management review
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the CFO and CEO and support other senior management in regional offices when necessary


  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration or business disciplines, degree holder preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Administration & HR with a strong focus on office operations and general HR matters, ideally gained with organizations with progressive people management and reward programs
  • Knowledge of local and regional Labor Laws and Human Resources legislation
  • Handling staff medical insurance, compensation and attendance records
  • Responsible for Administrative and company function (including travel bookings, assist in company activities and event)
  • Possess the ability to solve problems and built trust with senior management and thrive in a culture of strong corporate governance
  • A team player with strong sense of responsibilities, pro-active and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and good presentation skills in English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is an advantage
