Assistant Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • General office management functions including HR, MPF, leave application, office/ warehouse record/ maintenance, inventory control, filing, incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative and clerical staff
  • Responsible for office supplies, acquisition of office equipment and procurement of insurance
  • Offering executive assistance to the Managing Director on corporate promotion initiatives
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A team player with good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong initiatives, independent, detail minded and multi-tasking ability
  • Immediate availability is preferred
