The incumbent would be responsible to support front desk service and mailing room service, to back up office equipment, office supplies and provide overall administrative support in Discovery Bay Office Centre.
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably gained from sizeable companies;
Proficient in spoken and written English & Cantonese, with good command of Putonghua;
Good command of PC knowledge;
Excellent customer services skill and good telephone manner;
Precise, systematic and self-motivated;
Responsible, co-operative, attentive to details, patient and pleasant;
Immediate available is preferred;
Working Location: Discovery Bay.
