Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform English and Chinese typing and word processing tasks to produce interim and year- end financial reports for the MPF/ORSO Schemes and investment funds under BCT’s administration
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and consistency in the preparation of the financial statements, statutory reports/returns, notes and supporting schedules and adhered to the audit timelines
  • Maintain good filing system to ensure data or documents can be retrieved and accessible to relevant fund accounting and valuation staff for their checking or retention
  • Escalate to supervisors any discrepancies and/or unresolved issues identified when performing his/her duties
  • Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time


  • College or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in typing of financial reports, account schedules, forms or documents preferred
  • Proven working experience as a typist or data entry clerk
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Attention to details with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word
