Job Duties:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Handling all-rounded HR functions, mainly in compensation and benefits;
  • Maintaining leave, roster and attendance records;
  • Handling monthly payroll calculation, MPF administration and taxation;
  • Assisting in staff benefits administration and annual functions;
  • Answering enquires from frontline staff;
  • Handling staff uniforms;
  • Assisting in implementation of HRMS; and
  • Assisting in all others ad hoc projects as required by superiors.


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 1-2 year relevant working experience;
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related laws and regulations;
  • Solid experience in HRMS and exposure in e-services management system is preferred;
  • Hands-on computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, details-oriented and able to work independently;
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese; and
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
