The incumbent will perform the HR generalist role providing all-rounded services to a business unit including recruitment & employment related processes, payroll processes and report generation, managing MPF process, tax filing, leave and benefits administration, expatriates work visa and housing documentation, daily HR administration services, and support any ad hoc project as assigned.
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
Minimum 2 years' HR generalist role and experience in compensation and benefits or payroll processing would be definite an advantage;
Knowledge of HR Information System is preferable;
Familiar with MPF ordinance, Labour ordinance, HK taxation rules;
Meticulous, detail-oriented, can do attitude and able to work under pressure;
Strong interpersonal and communication skill for dealing with professional and expatriated staff of all levels;
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant – Human Resources.
