Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority

Duties: The appointee is responsible for carrying out general accounting and administrative functions in the Finance Division. S/he is required to process payments, prepare journal entries for account payable transactions and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Finance and/or Accounting;
(b) At least 3 years’ working experience in accounting or auditing;
(c) Good PC skills with experience in using Accounting System preferable;
(d) Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
(e) Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
(f) Attention to details, organized and independent; and
(g) Candidates with less academic qualifications and possess substantial relevant experience may be considered.

Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
