Assistant Officer – Retail Leasing

The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor and Section Head and be responsible for:

  • Handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for retail portfolio
  • Handling daily leasing activities and negotiations (including inspection/ handover etc.) including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administrative work
  • Carrying out marketing works including cold calling, marketing research, rental proposal, etc.
  • Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation
  • Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in property leasing
  • Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage
  • Good communication skills with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented
  • Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
