Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support, including data entry, handling letter and correspondence, managing documentation and filing system as well as rendering support to the team as assigned
  • Coordinate and administer various activities in the Department

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably Degree in Real Estate/ Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sizeable organizations
  • Good command of spoken and written English, fluency in Putonghua is preferable
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Able to work independently
