The Job

  • Provide administrative support to Recruitment Team to drive Tied Agency recruitment KPIs
  • Prepare package assessment of new join agent for upper level approval
  • Prepare regular agency recruitment report and agency production reminder
  • Implement and execute recruitment initiatives through collaboration with agency force and various departments

The Person

  • 2-years insurance/ financial relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing etc.)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Mature, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Familiarize of insurance agencies and remuneration packages
  • Business acumen and effective decision maker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with different internal and external customers
